Description
The workplace environment drives employees. Employees drive your business. The message is a simple one, yet often difficult for organizations to implement and manage. Positive workplaces are built on successful people-to-people (P2P) relationships and positive interactions and behavior—beginning with the most critical component, the partnership between managers and employees.
Come hear Mary Jane Paris discuss her book, A Positive Workplace Means Business! It Just Makes Cent$! and learn how you can make the most of your P2P connections and create a more positive workplace environment. You’ll get practical, real-world tips and information that will heighten your personal awareness and improve your employees’ morale, attitude, productivity, and ultimately, your bottom-line.
