The eleventh annual What’s the Deal? Business Energy Conference took place on Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, at the Crowne Plaza in Cromwell, with more than 250 business professionals and government officials in attendance. Hosted each year by the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) and the Connecticut Power & Energy Society (CPES), this exciting event brings together industry experts and stakeholders for a day of networking, policy review, education, and the exchange of ideas and information on business energy products, trends, and technologies. Event Benefits Operation Fuel

The Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) and the Connecticut Power and Energy Society (CPES) have donated $1,000 to the nonprofit Operation Fuel, a four-star charity that providing home heating assistance for Connecticut residents in need.The donation was announced at the 11th annual What’s the Deal business energy conference.
