I am a senior buyer for Barnes Aerospace in Windsor Connecticut. I have been given the responsiblilty of being the small business liason. How do I go about educating myself in the world of small business utilization? Can I join an association? We are an Aerospace company and do work directly for the US Military of which a percentage of this business must be flowed down to small businesses.
